  When this place first opened up it was good now they just don't seem to care.
  Their chicken was burnt and dry and when I asked one of the employees to give me fresh chicken she gave me old and dry chicken again the same employee seemed to have an attitude with me. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name.
  There was this girl Jannet. She was very friendly not only to me but to other customers so thank you Jannet.

  I come to this pollo loco 3 to 5 days a week threw the drive thru and most of the time my order isn't correct. I usually go around the drive thru again but this time I went inside and the lady that took my order notted her head saying NO and stated now what?! I told her I was missing my chips and she refused to say anything to give them to me and started getting loud with me having my receipt and customers there.. very unprofessional to customers and for $.69 cents she couldn't had just give them or charge me for them but she preferred to say that I was wrong. I won't be coming back to this place for that reason. Feels like they know me pretty well now and hopefully pollo loco administration can make them understand the importance of a customer.. her name was Mary (marie) hopefully Jeff the supervisor can see how she's in no way qualified as the manager..
